You don't need to start a revolution to get on the web...

So your application runs on a legacy IBM or Bull system? ... no problem!

Use Gweb™ to give your application a "Web facelift".

Expose all or just part of the mainframe application.

Selected applications become immediately available from the Web with no changes in the mainframe applications, and no programming effort anywhere.

How does it work?...

Gweb runs on the same box as your web server. (Windows/Unix/Linux)
As each form arrives from the mainframe Gweb converts it to HTML.

Responses from the browser are sent to the mainframe as keystroke simulations. (emulating IBM 3270/5250 or Bull VIP/DKU)

For bespoke facelifting the standard functionality can be extended easily with any mainstream programming or script language.

Replace entire processes with a single click. Add graphics to enhance presentation.

Your users prefer the old terminal emulation?...

or you need to connect to a Unix with VT emulation?

...then Glink for Java™ could be just what you are looking for.

The emulation runs inside your web browser !

...or rather (to be exact), it runs on any Java 2 platform (you don't actually need a browser)

How does it work?...

The Glink for Java applet is downloaded from your web server.
It runs in the JVM of your browser. It's first job is to connect to the the Glink for Java Server to get a configuration profile and license.

Then the Glink applet on your workstation is in direct communication with the mainframe. (emulating IBM 3270/5250, Bull VIP/DKU, Unix VT or Minitel/Prestel)

The built in script language allows easy automation of most tasks.

The centralised configuration makes for easy setup, maintenance and upgrades.
